What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging, hands-on instruction in cosmetology theory and technique
• Lead and mentor students on the salon training floor
• Create a positive, motivating, and professional learning environment
• Support students in building both technical skills and confidence
• Collaborate with a team that truly cares about student success
• Assist in front desk and inventory when needed to support student learning
